Here's where you will find some of the information from the website and other places, including our regular Sourdough Workshops, which has been collated and arranged into user friendly content.
While the website is fundamentally a broad brush, aiming to cover all the colours of the art of sourdough, these readers are designed to be used in conjunction with the content delivered at the workshops.
If you haven't been able to attend a workshop, you will find them equally useful, as they cover the workshop content in quite some detail.
The idea is to make hard copy available, so that any level of sourdough baker can work through each edition in their kitchen, without covering their screen or keyboard in dough. They come in PDF format, so you can print them out and use them as you see fit. They can also be laminated after printing, which is a handy way to make the content waterproof.
In addition to the PDF Readers you will find here, there are also a range of what I'm calling 'Mini Guides' available in either paperback or Kindle versions on Amazon. These are really useful little booklets, designed to cover specific areas of sourdough bread making in a little bit more depth than you might find elsewhere. In most of them, there are basic recipes to help you get a proper understanding of the area of breadmaking - nothing better than to learn by doing! So far, I have about five or six titles planned. If the link shows, then it's on Amazon. If it doesn't, then it isn't finished yet.
